A return request must be made by Email at Ekanibymonashstudio@gmail.com and Whatsapp on +91 8105806744 within 3 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order.

📦 Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive. The customer will be issued a refund/ store credit once the returned goods are received and verified at the EKANI Studio.

For prepaid orders, the refund would be in the source of payment and for COD orders, it would ONLY be in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details. Kindly note that only the amount of product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, return shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, custom duty etc are non refundable.

Note: To qualify for a refund, please ensure the product remains unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled and in its original packaging. All material including plastic wrapping, tags, dust bags, box, gift box, wrapping must be returned along with the product.
